I Can't Log In!
Occasionally, I receive an email from an artist who has enrolled. Sometimes, they have difficulty logging in because perhaps they forgot their password. Only students can reset their password, and students MUST log in using the SAME email they signed up for the course with. I suggest if you are having difficulty logging in to try and locate the original email you signed up for the course with. If you can't remember your password, you will always see the opportunity to "reset" your password. Remember, only you can reset your password! I've attached the article, "How do I Log In" which you should have received when you enrolled; it was attached to the very first welcome email I sent to you :)
My Videos won't play!
Here are a few troubleshooting things to try if your videos aren't playing:
1) Restart your computer before logging in again
2) Try a different browser - I like Google Chrome or Firefox best; Microsoft Edge can be glitchy (I have a Microsoft Surface Pro and had to not use it because the Zoom conference calls didn't work well)
3) You need to have high speed internet access; has anything changed between the time you first logged in when you enrolled, and now?
4) Double check to make sure there are no updates to your computer.
5) If none of these things work, please go to your local library and see if you can access the course videos there. If you can, then you know it must be a software or hardware issue with your computer.
