How do I access a Zoom conference call?
If you are having difficulty accessing LIVE conference calls using Zoom, it is usually due to a glitch with technology. Since most students are able to simply click the link posted prior to each conference call via their computer or ipad, the best thing to do if you are having difficulty is to call Zoom directly. They are very helpful and I think they have excellent customer service. Please join the call about 10 minutes prior to it starting, so if you have difficulty, you can call them and they can help you troubleshoot. Or, better yet, call them any time, outside the scheduled conference call, as they can do a practice zoom call with you, on your device, and help you troubleshoot.
